バーボンは、アメリカの歴史とともに歩んできたウイスキー。蒸留された年代、原料、樽、熟成、ボトリングによって、その味わいは大きく変わります。現行品の美しさとはまた違う、昔のバーボンが持つ厚み、甘み、力強さ。ボトルの向こうにある物語まで、ゆっくりと味わっていただける場所でありたいと考えています。Bourbon grew up alongside American history. The year it was distilled, the grain, the barrel, the aging, the bottling — each shapes what ends up in the glass. Older bourbon carries a weight, a sweetness and a power that today’s polished bottles don’t. We want this to be a place to savor that — and the story behind the bottle.
